If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any products exclusively manufactured by Natural Golf,
you may return within 30 days of
receipt for a full refund of your original product purchase price (including any applicable sales tax), or exchange it for other Natural Golf products.
Custom golf clubs carry an additional 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that Natural Golf will make any necessary adjustments to your custom golf clubs within 60 days of the original ship date. Shipping charges will apply.

Before returning any product, please obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number by calling 888-628-4653. Return Material Authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from
issue. Grips and Grip Sets may not be returned if opened or used.
Any and all liability is limited to the products purchased only.
Limited Lifetime Golf Club Warranty
Natural Golf Corporation warrants its golf clubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will, without charge to the original purchaser, repair the club or any part thereof (excluding grips) that proves to be defective during normal use after the date of purchase or, at our option, replace the club with a new or refurbished club. This warranty does not cover re-gripping other than to correct
initial manufacturing defect. Paint and other cosmetic finishes subject to normal wear and tear, such as ball marks or scratches on the club head surface caused by ball strikes or failure to use head covers, are not covered by this warranty. All golf clubs tend to discolor and scratch since they are repeatedly exposed to dirt and sand as well as harsh chemicals and fertilizer used on most golf courses.

Natural Golf Schools
Natural Golf Schools are different. They work. After attending our schools and practicing the drills, golfers begin to take strokes off their game. Natural Golf is so certain that you will be satisfied with our schools that we offer you this guarantee: If you feel that your Natural Golf School was not a positive learning experience, you can repeat the same School within 60 days at no additional cost (subject to availability).
